Masterclass organized by the Arte program Le Dessous des cartes, Friday 14/03/2025

La classe de Première participated on Friday March 14th in a masterclass entitled «Réviser le monde», organized by the show of Art Le Dessous des cartes. High school students are used to listening to this show in class according to the subjects of the course. Parmi les dernières suivies par la classe de Première: «Voiture, une industrie mondialisée» et «Quand la planète s’habille», exploited pour treater le thème 2 du program de géographie: «Une diversification des espaces et des acteurs de la production». The masterclass consisted of the presentation of 5 small documentaries on current topics, 2 to 3 minutes each, and the students were invited, at the end of each of these documentaries, to pose questions directly to Emilie Aubry, editor-in-chief of the show, assisted by two contributors to the show. Ces brefs documentaires étaiten consecrated à la war en Ukraine, au conflit israélo-palestinien, aux entreprises d'armement dans le monde, à l'Intelligence Artificielle ainsi qu'à l'environnement. The proposed subjects corresponded to the lycée program in history, geography and HGGSP de Première et/ou de Terminale. En s'inscrivant la classe à cette masterclass, il s'agitita de varier la diversité des activités provisos en classe. But also to contribute to spreading and forging a general culture so as to encourage attentive and active listening in order to interact directly with documentaries. Donc de faire preuve d'esprit critique avec rapidité. L'expérience s'est revealed très positive even if the rhythm s'est avéré très dense sur un laps de temps assez long, une heure et mie. On the other hand, the students would have liked more of their questions to be selected by the editorial team and would have liked to better know the behind-the-scenes of the show: choice of information, fabrication of cards, number of people involved in the preparation of the show... But we weren't the only institution to participate and the format of the masterclass was quite long and didn't allow all questions to be answered !
